Have you noticed any changes lately? Here on HISsparrowBlog that is. There’s a fresh look, and there are lots of big things coming soon (like the Resource Library for all my subscribers). I can’t wait.
I thought I might change things up a little this week. I’ve liked the idea of making a list of my favorite quotes for a long while now.
I’ve got plenty, so I didn’t include scripture in this list. Speaking of, I just realized I’ve done a post on faith-building verses before, but I’m not sure how I’ve managed to miss putting my favorite verses together. I’ll have to rectify that soon.
Anyway, to the point.
I’ve really enjoyed putting this list together. Don’t you just love a good one-liner (or two or three)? I hope you enjoy this list, too, and I look forward to seeing what your favorites are.
These are in no particular order. What can I say? I’m a rebel today.
Wow. That was quite a list.
Now it’s your turn. Let me know in the comments what your greats are. Can’t wait to hear from you.

Lots of good ones. I like “The world is changed by your example, not by your opinion.” Also, “Trust, but verify.”
I especially like the opinion one too. I have to tell myself that one quite often. Thank you for stopping by as always.
What a great collection of quotes! There are a hand full of them I’d never read before! Wonderful job with the images, as well!
That’s awesome, Naomi! I love coming across quotes I haven’t seen before. Thank you for stopping by and your very kind words. God bless!

Surely God would not have created such a being as man, with an ability to grasp the infinite, to exist only for a day! No, no, man was made for immortality. http://www.brainyquote.com/authors/abraham_lincoln
Great quotes! I especially like the second one. Thanks for stopping by!
Abe Lincoln has quite a few quotes that I like. You’re welcome! 🙂
